How can I schedule an appointment?
We want booking to be as simple as possible. You can reserve your spot directly on our website, send us a quick message on WhatsApp or Instagram, or just call us if you prefer a personal touch. Our team will gladly help you choose the right service and find the perfect time for your visit.

Do I need to pay in advance?
For most services, you can pay on the day of your appointment. For some treatments, we ask for a small deposit to secure your time — this way, your slot is kept just for you. The deposit
will of course be deducted from your final bill. It’s simply
our way of making sure your visit goes smoothly and without
last-minute stress.

What services do you offer?
Whether you’re coming in for a manicure, lash extensions, brow shaping, or a relaxing massage — we’ve got you covered. We also offer facials, body care, depilation, and makeup services. Each treatment is tailored to your needs, and we only work with trusted, professional products

What if I need to change or cancel
the appointment?
No worries — you can simply let us know, preferably at least 24 hours in advance, and we’ll be happy to adjust your appointment. If your booking had a deposit and the notice is given less than 24 hours before, the deposit will unfortunately be kept. In case of two missed appointments without notice, we may kindly ask for a full-price deposit next time to secure your spot. These policies are in place so we can give every client the best possible service and keep our schedule fair for everyone.

What if I arrive late?
We completely understand that delays can happen. If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to still provide your full service, but if there’s another booking right after yours, we may need to shorten the treatment slightly to stay on schedule. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, we might need to reschedule your appointment, and in that case your deposit may not be refundable. Thank you for your understanding — it helps us keep everything smooth for all our clients.
