These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website https://evabeautyhub.com, our communication channels, booking systems, and all beauty and wellness services provided by Eva Beauty Hub (“we”, “our”, “our team”).

By visiting our website, making a booking, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

We provide beauty and wellness services, including but not limited to:

  • manicure and pedicure

  • gel polish and nail extensions

  • lifting, extension, and coloring of eyelashes

  • designing, laminating, and coloring of eyebrows

  • makeup, coloring, and styling of hair

  • waxing

  • body and facial treatments

  • non-medical cosmetic procedures

All services, descriptions, and prices are subject to change without notice.


2. Eligibility and Minimum Age

2.1 Clients aged 16 and over

May book and receive services independently.

2.2 Clients aged between 13 and 15

  • The booking must be made with the personal details of the guardian.

  • The guardian must be present throughout the service.

  • Explicit informed consent is required for each service.

2.3 Clients under 13 years old

  • Only simple and non-chemical services may be performed (e.g., basic nail cutting).

  • The booking and all communication must be made through the guardian.

2.4 Services not recommended for those under 14 years old

For safety reasons — chemical exposure, heat tools, risk of sensitization, and hormonal reactions — these services are not recommended for those under 14 years old:

  • gel polish on hands or feet

  • nail extensions / acrylic / gel builder

  • gel pedicure

  • chemical hair services (coloring, bleaching, toning, perms)

  • eyebrow lamination

  • eyelash lifting

  • permanent makeup

  • eyelash extensions

  • body treatments

  • facial treatments

  • waxing in sensitive areas (bikini, underarms, etc.)

May only be performed after:

  • detailed explanation of the risks to the guardian,

  • written consent,

  • mandatory presence of the guardian.


3. Health, Safety, and Medical Conditions

To ensure the safety of the service, the client must inform us before booking about any relevant medical conditions, including but not limited to:

  • asthma

  • allergies (cosmetics, adhesives, latex, fragrances, dust, etc.)

  • pregnancy or breastfeeding

  • hormonal treatments, IVF

  • diabetes

  • epilepsy or sensitivity to light

  • skin diseases (eczema, psoriasis, fungal infections, dermatitis)

  • circulatory or cardiac problems

  • recently damaged or injured nails

  • recent surgeries or medical treatments

  • medications that affect the skin or healing (retinoids, antibiotics, anticoagulants)

If the client does not communicate relevant conditions, Eva Beauty Hub is not responsible for adverse reactions.

We reserve the right to refuse or adapt a service if we believe that its execution poses a risk to the client.

We do not provide services to individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs.


4. Booking, Cancellation, and Absences

4.1 Booking Channels

Bookings can be made through:

  • website (Altegio)

  • phone / WhatsApp

  • in person

Some services may require a deposit or full prepayment.

4.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations or absences may result in loss of the prepayment or a fee.

  • Clients with more than 2 absences may have future bookings refused or be required to pay a non-refundable 100% prepayment.

4.3 Delay Policy (Updated)

Delay up to 15 minutes:

  • The full service may not be possible.

  • The professional may suggest a shorter alternative service, depending on availability.

  • The adaptation is not guaranteed and depends solely on the artist's schedule.

Delay of 20 minutes or more:

  • The service may be refused and rescheduled.

  • The absence/cancellation policy may apply.

  • The prepayment may be forfeited.

This policy ensures respect for the time of all clients and the team.


5. Payments

We accept:

  • cash

  • card

  • online prepayment via Stripe

Prices and promotions may change without notice.
Deposits and prepayments are generally non-refundable, unless required by law.


6. Beauty Pass, Beauty Credit, and Beauty Invitation

Eva Beauty Hub may issue promotional vouchers in the form of Beauty Credit or Beauty Invitation, subject to the following conditions:

6.1 Beauty Credit – €10

Promotional voucher worth €10, subject to the following rules:

  • Single use

  • Valid for 14 days from the date of issuance

  • Applicable only to services over €40

  • Valid only for a different service category than previously performed

  • Not applicable to manicure services

  • Not combinable with other campaigns or promotions, unless explicitly stated

The value is not convertible to cash nor partially refundable.

6.2 Beauty Invitation – €10 (Bring a Friend)

Promotional invitation for new clients:

  • Single use

  • Valid for 14 days from the date of issuance

  • Valid only for first visit

  • Applicable only to services over €40

  • Not combinable with other campaigns or promotions

The value is not convertible to cash nor refundable.

6.3 General Provisions Applicable to All Vouchers

  • Expired vouchers will not be reactivated.

  • The booking is subject to availability.

  • The cancellation and absence policy described in point 4 fully applies.

  • In case of suspected misuse, Eva Beauty Hub reserves the right to refuse the application of the voucher.

Eva Beauty Hub reserves the right to change or discontinue promotional campaigns at any time, without prejudice to vouchers already issued within their validity period.


7. Service Documentation and Photographs

To ensure safety, quality, and proper resolution of potential disputes:

7.1 Before and After Photographs

Our professionals may take photographs of:

  • hands / nails

  • feet / nails

  • eyebrows

  • eyelashes

  • hair

  • treated areas (non-sensitive)

For purposes of:

  • quality control

  • safety documentation

  • condition verification before/after

  • internal training

  • protection of both the client and the professional

7.2 Storage

Photographs are treated as personal data and stored securely, in accordance with GDPR.

7.3 Right to Deletion

The client may request the elimination of photographs, except when they are necessary for:

  • legal compliance

  • safety documentation

  • resolution of ongoing disputes

We never use client images for marketing purposes without written consent.


8. Service Guarantees

We offer free corrections when there are no signs of physical damage caused by the client.

8.1 Nails

  • Cuticle work – 5 days

  • Nail shape – 5 days

  • Preparation / nail plate – 5 days

  • Normal polish – 3 days

  • Gel polish – 5 days

  • Extensions – 7 days

8.2 Eyelashes

  • Eyelash extensions – 5 days

  • Eyelash lifting – 4 days

8.3 Waxing

  • All waxing services – 5 days

8.4 Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply if:

  • the client does not follow post-service care

  • there are signs of physical damage (tearing, hitting, manipulating, etc.)

  • the client changes their mind about shape, color, or length

  • the problem results from medical or hormonal conditions

  • the service was performed against professional recommendation


9. Behavior & Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if the client:

  • exhibits abusive, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior

  • is under the influence of alcohol or drugs

  • insists on procedures deemed unsafe

  • arrives repeatedly late

  • does not follow safety guidelines


10. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • follow pre and post-service instructions

  • provide truthful and complete health information

  • communicate any discomfort during the procedure

  • use official channels for complaints

  • respect the team and other clients


11. Communication and Complaints

All matters related to:

  • complaints

  • warranties

  • service issues

  • refunds

  • disputes

must be handled exclusively by:

  • the administrative team

  • manager

  • management

Artists are not authorized to negotiate complaints directly.


12. Intellectual Property

All content on the website and social media — texts, images, videos, logos, graphics, and branding — is the exclusive property of Eva Beauty Hub.

It is prohibited to use, reproduce, distribute, or modify without written permission.


13. Limitation of Liability

Eva Beauty Hub is not responsible for:

  • adverse reactions caused by uncommunicated medical information

  • damage caused by non-compliance with post-service care

  • physical damage caused after leaving the studio

  • unexpected allergic reactions

  • client delays resulting in loss of service

  • third-party platform failures (Altegio, Stripe, Google, Meta)

  • results affected by hormones, pregnancy, medications, lifestyle, or individual biological factors

We always do our best, but certain results depend on personal factors of the client.


14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
