Several things can affect durability — frequent exposure to water and cleaning products, not wearing gloves when doing chores, using nails as “tools,” or skincare products with oils that can weaken adhesion. Natural nail condition and growth speed also matter. With proper aftercare, your manicure will last much longer.

Can I get my nails done if they’re weak, thin, or damaged?
We’ll always take a look first. If your nails are only slightly weak, we can suggest strengthening treatments or gentle coatings to protect them while they grow. But if they’re very damaged, we may advise against covering them for now and instead focus on a recovery plan.

What if I have allergies, sensitive skin, or health conditions?
Please let us know before your appointment. We can choose hypoallergenic products and gentler techniques to make your visit safe and comfortable. If you’re pregnant, have allergies, skin conditions, or health issues that affect your nails, we’ll adjust the service — or if needed, recommend postponing certain treatments. Your safety and wellbeing always come first.

What happens if I break a nail or something chips soon after my appointment?
Don’t worry — it can happen! Just contact us as soon as you notice it. Depending on the situation, we’ll either repair the nail or reapply the coating. If it happens within our guarantee period, we’ll fix it free of charge. Our goal is always for you to leave happy and confident with your nails.

What’s the difference between a Nail Artist and a Top-Artist?
Both our Nail Artists and Top-Artists are fully trained and certified, so whichever you choose, you’ll be in great hands. The difference is mainly in speed and specialty: Top-Artists work faster and are trained in certain advanced design techniques. If you’d like a quick appointment or a specific type of nail art that requires special skills, we recommend booking with a Top-Artist.
