Terms & Conditions – the basics
By visiting our website, booking an appointment, or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. They are designed to protect both you, as our client, and us, as service providers.
Eva Beauty Hub offers in-person beauty services including but not limited to: hair styling and coloring, manicures and pedicures, lash and brow treatments, facials, body treatments, and other related services. Appointments can be made online via our booking platform (Altegio), in person, or by phone.
Our Terms & Conditions also apply to the use of any online forms, email communications, and digital content we provide.
What’s included in our T&C
Our Terms and Conditions cover the following:
Eligibility – You must be at least 16 years old to book services independently. For clients under 16, a parent or guardian must make the booking and accompany the client to the appointment.
Bookings & Cancellations – All bookings should be made through our official channels. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee equivalent to the prepayment or a percentage of the service cost. Clients who have been a no-show more than two times may be refused future bookings or required to pay a non-refundable prepayment to secure their appointment. If a client is more than 20 minutes late for their scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to cancel the service and apply the late cancellation policy.
Payments – Payments can be made via card, cash, or online prepayment through Stripe. Certain services may require a deposit or full prepayment to secure your booking.
Pricing & Services – We make every effort to keep our service menu and pricing accurate. However, prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Service Results – While we strive for the best possible results, outcomes may vary depending on hair, skin, or nail conditions, and adherence to aftercare instructions.
Right to Refuse Service – Eva Beauty Hub reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who displays inappropriate, abusive, or unsafe behavior, who repeatedly fails more than 2 times to attend scheduled appointments without proper notice, or who consistently arrives late to appointments +alcoholic or drugs.
Health & Safety – Please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or other relevant information before your service so we can ensure your safety.
Intellectual Property – All text, photos, videos, and branding on our website and social media are the property of Eva Beauty Hub and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability – We are not responsible for any adverse reactions that occur as a result of information not disclosed by the client, misuse of aftercare products, or circumstances beyond our control.
