At Eva Beauty Hub, we are committed to providing high-quality beauty and wellness services. We understand that sometimes plans change, and this Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which we issue refunds, credits, or reschedule appointments.

1. Service Refunds

  • We do not offer cash refunds for completed services.

  • If you are not satisfied with your service, please inform us as soon as possible and contact or visit the salon so we can address your concerns immediately. Please send us a clear photo or video of the issue so we can properly evaluate your concern.

  • If an adjustment is needed, we may offer a complimentary correction appointment within 7 days of the original service, at our discretion.

2. Prepayments & Deposits

  • Certain services may require a deposit or full prepayment to secure your booking.

  • Prepayments are non-refundable in cases of:

    • No-show without notice

    • Late cancellation (less than 24 hours before the appointment)

    • Arriving more than 20 minutes late, resulting in the cancellation of your service

  • In cases of timely cancellation (24 hours or more before the appointment), we can:

    • Apply your prepayment to a rescheduled appointment

    • Refund your payment

    • Issue a credit for future services (valid for 3 months)

3. Gift Vouchers & Packages

  • Gift vouchers and prepaid packages are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person.

  • Expiry dates are indicated at the time of purchase and cannot be extended unless required by law.

4. Retail Products

  • Cosmetics (hygiene-sensitive products):

    • For hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics cannot be returned or exchanged if they have been opened, used, or unsealed.

    • Unopened, unused cosmetics may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt for an exchange or store credit.

    • For online purchases of cosmetics, customers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law, provided the product remains sealed and unused.

  • Non-cosmetic retail products:

    • Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt for an exchange or store credit.

    • Opened or used products may only be returned if faulty or covered by warranty/consumer law.

    • For online purchases, customers also have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

5. Exceptions

Refunds or credits may be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Verified medical emergencies preventing service attendance

  • Service errors acknowledged by Eva Beauty Hub management
